The UV-protective shorts combine style, comfort and sun protection, perfect for active children aged 2 to 12 years.

Available in several colors and in5 sizes(Ages 2-4, 4-6, 6-8, 8-10 and 10-12), it can be worn at the beach, by the pool or during outdoor activities. It pairs perfectly with our UV-protective T-shirt.

The inside label of the shortsis designed to be cut cleanly thanks to a strip of fabric placed between the fabric and the label. This way, the fabric remains intact and the label is completely removed, preventing any skin irritation. Furthermore,the drawstringis sewn inside the shorts: it cannot be removed, for greater safety for the child and worry-free washing.

Finally, for the entire range of swimsuits and ponchos,our packagingInspired by the original style of Ki ET LA sunglasses: natural kraft paper enhanced with touches of color. The models, colors, and age ranges are thus identifiable at a glance. A clever little extra: a round hole in the bottom left corner of the pack allows you to feel and see the fabric and main color of the garment before even opening it.

Protecting babies and children from the sun's rays is essential! Our swim shorts offer 98% UV protection thanks to their protective layer.UPF 50+.Thus, it protects children's delicate skin from UVA and UVB rays.

UV sensor

To involve kids in their sun protection, we have developed a UV sensor that changes color depending on the intensity of the sun.

The purpler it becomes, the more protection you need because UV exposure is high. A fun way to always stay safe is to remember to equip yourself with sunglasses, a hat, and UV-protective swimwear.

Composition UV-protective swim shorts

The main fabricof our swim shorts containsat least 50% recycled material,certified GRS (Global Recycled Standard), and the shorts are also Oeko-Tex certified, guaranteeing the absence of harmful substances.

Its composition inrecycled polyester and spandex(82/18%) ensures flexibility and comfort, whilethe lining(92% polyester, 8% spandex) guarantees a soft and pleasant feel on the skin.

The GRS labelguarantees the use of recycled materials and ensures traceability throughout the production chain.Oeko-Tex labelThe Oeko-Tex certification attests that the textile has been tested and does not contain any substances harmful to the skin.
